Chilli Crush - Aleppo

Aleppo is a great testing chilli from Turkey, originally grown and cultivated in Syria near a town called Aleppo hence the name, but produced in Turkey today, either way a Great tasting Salted and Oiled Crush Chilli. Its Sweet and Mild with Fantastic Flavour, which is used primarily within Sauces and Marinades or as a sprinkle on your favourite food - for me, this tastes great mixed into Grilled Cheese and fresh Jalapeno Slices

At its freshest it is aromatic and flexible, it has a medium-thick flesh that offers a somewhat fruity-sweet woodsy flavour with tones of dried plum, coffee, tobacco, liquorice and raisin.
