Garam Masala is best used as an addition to a prepared curry to give more flavour, rather than heat. Stir in approx. 1 dessert spoonful (more or less to taste) to the curry 10 minutes before serving. It is a suitable addition to any of Fox's curry powders. If used as a curry powder, Garam Masala produces a very mild, smooth flavour - excellent for vegetable curries. It can also be used as a base for 'tailor making' your own special curry.
